What's old is new again!

The "Old" MC D"s AND The "New" Mc D's

It did not seem that long ago that McDonald's came to Page, building just off the mesa. But, in no time, they built a brand new one next to WalMart (what a combination!) ON Highway 89, just off the South Access Road. In less than one week, the old building was completely torn down and hauled away. Just what do they do with all that used equipment and old arches?????

PHS Girls Basketball Team won their regional title and played their first round of the state playoffs here in Page on Friday afternoon. We played Douglas--they had to travel over 10 hours so we could beat them by almost 50 points!! Our Lady Devils are ready for the semi's on Wednesday in Glendale.

I am especially proud of two of the girls on the team-they are FRESHMEN that I teach and boy can they play ball! I have taught and currently teach most of the girls on the team. Go DEVILS!
We won't be making the trek to Glendale, as will most of the school. It just happens that the AIA planned the tournament on the same day we give our High Stakes State Test! (AIMS). Smart!
Is there NO communication at the Arizona Department of Education????
